Returns for Non-Supplement Merchandise
All merchandise, excluding supplements, may be returned within 14 days after the order is marked delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Return or refund requests for reasons other than an Atom Vortex error or damaged product may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
For customer-requested returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Damaged Items or Order Errors
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on our part, you may be eligible for either:
A full refund
or
A replacement
The customer may choose between a refund or replacement when the issue is confirmed.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item when applicable.
Supplement Return Policy
For safety and quality reasons, supplements cannot be returned and refunds will not be issued for supplement products.
The only exceptions are if:
The product arrived damaged
The product arrived opened
There was an error on our part
The wrong supplement product was shipped
If one of these exceptions applies, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.
